I have been going to Nail Bar for over a year now and this is my nail spot. My nails have been done by a few ladies here (all excellent btw) but have stuck with Ryan. I’m always excited to come in, share my rough vision and watch Ryan work her magic. Every set has been beautiful! I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have been going here for almost 2 years and it is truly the best place to get your nails done! The shop is so nice and always so clean. There is always so many color options! Anne the owner is amazing not only in doing nails for me but also just running her awesome business! I’ve been getting both my manicure and pedicure done. It lasts for weeks and looks amazing! Truly love this shop and drive all the way to Reno, NV from Susanville, CA to get my nails done and worth it! All the girls in the shop are very talented and any of them are good to go too! Highly recommend this business to get your nails done!

I have been coming to Nail Bar for many years now and I HIGHLY recommend this place!! I have bounced around techs and everyone there is so professional and highly qualified. I am always impressed at how kind and skilled they are. Anne is the owner and is a ray of sunshine. If you have a special event or just want to treat yourself, book in advanced because their schedule gets filled quick since they do such a good job and retain their regulars. The nails in the pictures are done by Becky, Sam, and Valerie. I’ve done pedicures, gel and normal polish, nail art, cat eye, acrylics, hard gel, full tip sets, you name it. 10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love Nail Bar! Yen Yen is extremely kind, attentive, and talented. She’s very knowledgeable of her craft, and does wonderful job, especially with hand-painted nail art! I highly recommend the salon to anybody and everybody. It is clean and well kept and the owner is super Duper sweet. I go every three weeks to get my dip on my fingernails done and once a month to get a pedicure. They have a customer for life. My own mother fell in love with them after seeing my nails. She sees Lily and is so happy to show me her nails each time she visits. She is so happy with Nail Bar too, and goes on a regular basis.

I've been a regular at Nail Bar in Reno since April 2024, going every 3-4 weeks for a gel fill. After trying several of the nail techs, I can confidently recommend Yen Yen and Becky—they're consistently amazing, especially when it comes to hand-painted nail art. If I were just rating these two, it'd be a 5-star review for sure. One of the main things I look for is thorough cuticle work. Proper prep with good cuticle care helps the hard gel bond to the natural nail better, making it last longer and look flawless. Unfortunately, I've found that not all the techs here focus on cuticle clean-up, and that inconsistency is noticeable. I also had a frustrating experience a month or two ago with a cracked nail. I couldn’t get in for a repair for three days, which meant I lost the tip of the nail entirely. At other salons, I’ve been able to get in same-day or next-day for repairs, so I was disappointed this wasn't possible here. Lastly, while I've enjoyed a couple of chrome sets at Nail Bar (one in April and another in September), the September set started chipping the next day, and I had to have multiple nails redone. I understand chrome can sometimes chip, but I've had many chrome sets that held up much better, including the first one I got here. That said, the salon is clean, and everyone is friendly and professional. Yen Yen and Becky make it worth the visit, but I can’t give 5 stars because of the inconsistencies I've experienced.
